I am a Behavioral Clinician, Domestic Violence Victim’s Advocate, Sexual Assault and Trauma Victim’s Advocate, Certified Holistic Cancer Coach and Ambassador for Families, Certified Life Coach, Certified Professional Coach and Motivational Speaker. I possess more than 33 + years helping individuals with personal challenges pave their pathway to self-love through their own resilience. I bring a wealth of knowledge and professional experience. I believe in building an environment conducive to trust, loyalty, confidence and client satisfaction. Life sometimes slaps us all in the face and this can result in damage to the way we see ourselves, the world and people around us. Our past experiences makes us who we are, and the way we process this helps shapes our reality.

My life’s passion is to empower you to fully accept yourself through self-love and personal development. The path to inner peace is so worth it and there are no shortcuts. The journey to look inward shall be your greatest gift. Learn to love your insecurities, successes and failures. I want you to realize your greatest potential and fully shine from the inside out. As your coach, I help guide you to identify your inner strengths, attack your fears and release the limited beliefs that have been holding you hostage.
